Jason Porter Collinsworth is a well-known breeder, author, and activist within the budding cannabis industry. Collinsworth made a name for himself by being an advocate for change audacious enough to step up, speak the truth, and expose the secrets of this elusive and esoteric community. Collinsworth began working with cannabis in 1996 while attending UC Santa Cruz but only seriously focused his efforts in 2011. After contracting a rare gastrointestinal disorder that nearly took his life, Collinsworth had to medically retire from teaching high school English, drama, and coaching soccer. He then founded Love Genetics, an innovative cannabis breeding company and initiated specialized breeding programs designed specifically to combine high CBD and high THC genetics.
