Josephat Richard Mwambula is a Tanzanian, a major seminarian, a facilitator on youth developmental issues, entrepreneurship, financial and business issues, leadership capacity building, networking and social exposure, philosophy, personality awareness, community mobilization and general life skills. A Tv/radio presenter and an inspirational speaker. He is currently an undergraduate at St. Antony of Padua Ntungamo Major Seminary in Bukoba Catholic Diocese in Kagera Region pursuing his Philosophy and Religious Studies. He is a researcher in various developmental issues in Tanzania accompanied with experience and exposure working with different extra-cullicular clubs and platforms, such as YUNA, PCCB, MALI HAI, FEMA and SCOUT ASSOCIATION. In 2010, he worked as an acting assistant accountant at Patmo Junior School at Chang'ombe- Dar Es Salaam also as a teacher at the same school in 2013.While attending his O-level studies, he had an opportunity to raising his awareness on International exposure in the Summer Project Tanzania between Moringe Sokine High School (Tanzania) and International School of Dusseldorf (Germany) which had been of a great influence and support to him. In 2012, he made an outstanding secondary school outreach under the umbrella of extra curricular clubs for raising awareness to students on citizen engagement and informed decisions towards enhancing their capacity and development in their future careers and professionals in Kilimanjaro region, accompanied with notable initiatives. During 2013 worked as an intern at FEMINA HIP a local non-governmental organizations, in the print-editorial department, community mobilization and TV/Radio department meanwhile as a member in YAB (Youth Advisory Board) and with other key youth stakeholders. In 2015, he worked as a radio presenter at Radio Saut Fm-Mwanza while attending his University studies. Active attendant and participant of different seminars, training and workshops which have sharpened his sociological imagination to the available challenges towards turning them into opportunities as a pathway to sustainable development through his commitment to continuous learning Having attended university studies at St. Augustine University of Tanzania in Accountancy (Mwanza Campus).
