Do you feel trapped in endless thoughts about the meaning of life, death, or reality?
If you're stuck in a loop of intrusive thoughts about existence, consciousness, or the universe and can't seem to "think your way out," you may be experiencing existential OCD. These thoughts can feel urgent, overwhelming, and impossible to resolve. The more you try to figure them out, the more intense they become, leading to more anxiety, rumination, and mental exhaustion. But you don't have to stay stuck.
The Existential OCD Workbook offers a clear, compassionate path forward using evidence-based treatments for OCD, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). You'll also discover how common coping strategies, like overthinking, reassurance-seeking, and trying to "solve" life's biggest questions can actually keep you stuck, and what to do instead.
This book addresses intrusive thoughts about the meaning of life, the nature of reality, life after death, and the universe itself. These are big questions, and they may never have clear answers. But with the right tools, you can learn to make space for uncertainty, quiet obsessive thinking, and move forward with renewed calm, confidence, and purpose.
