The FivExps(TM) Five Verbs of Praxis in Motion is not a guide, method, or system for change. It is a grammar.
Rather than offering instruction, outcomes, or techniques, this book names five fundamental verbs through which movement-psychological, somatic, relational, and systemic-can be recognised without being fixed: Explore, Experiment, Experience, Express, Expand.
These verbs are not steps to be followed or phases to be completed. They do not prescribe order, progression, or hierarchy. They do not guarantee coherence or continuity. They describe recurrent modes through which motion tends to unfold when attention remains engaged without premature closure.
The task of this book is precise and restrained. It clarifies what each verb does, what it does not do, and how distortions arise when one verb dominates, substitutes for another, or becomes isolated from the field of movement as a whole. It does not provide exercises, applications, techniques, or ethical judgments. Those concerns exceed the function of grammar and are addressed elsewhere.
Readers seeking instruction, reassurance, or transformative promises may find this text unsatisfying. That response is anticipated. The function of a grammar is not to produce speech, but to make speech intelligible. In the same way, the function of this book is not to generate change, but to render movement legible once it is already underway.
No prior familiarity with NeoSpiral Resonance(TM) is required. At the same time, nothing here claims completeness. Grammar enables articulation; it does not exhaust what may be said, nor does it determine what should be said next.
