Hi, I have overcame physical and sexual abuse as well as domestic abuse for many years of my life. I work today as a Community Project Outreach Director as well as a Writer. I am the divorced mother of seven biological children and a host of grandchildren. I have many inherited children that I have adopted along the way. I have been homeless and I have been hungry and made many sacrifices along my way. I struggled to obtain my education while taking my G.E.D. and later going to college as I struggled to take care of 2 very ill children. I refused to go down without a fight. I now live in a small quite area in a poverty challenged area and love it. I don't use money to shine, and I continue to work to help my Youth and fellow struggling adults to overcome life challenges. I don't regret my life because if I hadn't of endured my pains in life, I couldn't help others along the way. I promote love and not hate. I don't chase the lies that people continue to tell on me because they lied on Jesus Christ. I have a son that has gained fame for the lies that he has spewed on me, but it's okay because I yet love him and pray for him. Look, money don't buy happiness. The strength that I embrace now is remarkable and I walk with my head held high because man didn't make me and they truly couldn't break me. I love life even as a single divorced mom I have pushed my children to become all that God would have them to be. My guide worked for me. Every step within this book is how I Imani C. Overcame each and every struggle in my existence.
