THE FRANCHISE, Restore Clean Elections and God's Country (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798991257534)

This book was authored as an AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF, before SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, originally prepared for publication in time to influence the 2022 election. Democrats hidden all over America managed to block publication. We respectfully urge Supreme Court of the United States to Concur that Donald Trump is IMMUNE FROM PROSECUTION on his attempts to reverse the outcome of the 2020 election. Herein we will provide this honorable court the HUGE WEIGHT OF THE EVIDENCE.Supreme Court of the United States did in fact declare Donald Trump to have immunity, in keeping with the long-established US Constitution clauses cited herein. Presidential Immunity is not new, yet a fixture of the US Constitution since the earliest days of our Republic. This writer was TIP OF THE SPEAR cleaning up elections in State of Alabama, with initial actions about 1968. Even then, Democrat party took many means outside the law in order to ensure their preferred democrat candidate won. In recent days, every time we clean up one form of cheating, they develop another. Evidence indicates even the democrats once followed a limit on ballot stuffing. Today, technology has injected new corruption. Today, a "computer hacker" in a 3^rd world country holds the potential to change the outcome of elections in United States of America.SECTIONS OF THIS BOOK INCLUDE: (THE KRAKEN)The History of Vote Cheating, with evidence throughout this book, including how Democrats cheated Jimmy Carter, Broad Solutions required, The Cheaters attack against President Trump, including RUSSIA GATE, Court Cases lodged against President Trump, The Judges and Prosecutors examined, Vast Conflict of Interest of all Judges acting against President Trump, US Constitutional Presidential Powers granted to Presidents only, Extreme limits of Presidential Powers, 200 instances of Presidential Powers revealed, The problems leading to this case have roots about the 1880 end of Civil War Reconstruction. Democrats developed many means to control election outcomes to send northern "Carpet Baggers" home. Those methods should have ceased 100 years ago.President Trump, innocent due to his Oath of Office has been attacked by a multi-headed hydra. At the same time democrats attempt to loosen voting rules and allow non-citizens to vote and remove requirements for proof of residency and proof of registration, we continue beset with an unencumbered ability of poll workers to manipulate election outcome. We will provide the weight of evidence of these "monsters" influence upon election outcome. It is blatantly clear to all experienced election day "activists" that huge problems did in fact occur during the election of 2020. Thanks to Donald Trump, we now have a national leader who will continue to fight this fight and factually expose the many vote/election cheating mechanisms existing.Ongoing attempts to remediate this extreme problem are slowed by a retarded belief that US Congress has granted states responsibility to establish election practices. THAT IS AS WRONG AS WRONG CAN BE. A Constitutional Amendment would be required. It should be clear to the casual onlooker; United States of America looks much like a third world country on election day.
