Joseph Leonard Rowe was born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1948. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1967 and served in the infantry with Golf Company, 2/5 from November '67-October '68. He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for wounds received in battle and received an Honorable Discharge in 1973. Joseph lives in Charlestown, RI with his wife Janice and two dogs.
