Patti serves on the faculty of the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication, and has lectured in Israel, South Africa, Australia, Guyana, and New Zealand, having lived, worked, and traveled in over 50 countries.

He has over 29 years of experience in the field of cross-cultural management training and development for corporations, organizations, and educational centers in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Martin has consulted to both corporate and nonprofit organizations and developed management, cross-cultural training programs, presentations and consulting for Fortune 500 companies.
