Born in Cottonwood, Idaho, I was raised primarily 15 miles away in Grangeville. I sought to be an artist and writer since early grade school, when I excelled at the art segment. In 2nd grade the teacher's MO was to have us write each word of the spelling list in a sentence. I began weaving those sentences into small stories. I spent the next decades producing art, which I exhibited in several shows, and working on this novel. Several articles that I have written dealing with model making in my other passion, model railroading, have appeared in a couple magazines devoted to that hobby. A few years ago, I was awarded the status of Master Model Railroader by the National Model Railroad Association's achievement program. I now live in Nampa, Idaho with my 2 cats: Delenn and Bester.
