During his career he published over 30 legal articles and presented nearly 80 lectures to legal groups on a variety of substantive legal and trial tactics topics. Mr. Collins served in many leadership capacities including President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association; President of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and President of Lawyers for Civil Justice. He also served his community as an Elder in the Presbyterian PCA Church; as Board Chair of the Sarasota Family Counseling Center and as a mentor with the Taking Stock In Children program.
