The I SEE YOU Method: Discover the power of conscious choice (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9788397951020)

The "I See You" Method
Your platform for transforming unsupportive States of Being and for real inner change.

This is not another personal development guide.
It is a tool for working with consciousness, accompanied by practical exercises that show how to step out of mental overload, tension, fear, and inner compulsion-and return to calm, presence, and conscious creation of life.

The book is based on a key premise:
Your life does not respond to what you want. It responds to your State of Being.

The author guides the reader through 18 states of being (including I WANT, LACK, CONTROL, WAITING, RESISTANCE etc.) and shows how each of them influences emotions, spoken words, decisions, relationships, money, and the sense of meaning. This approach combines psychology, work with the ego, consciousness, and neurobiology, explaining why affirmations and positive thinking often do not work.

This is your invitation-not to another manual full of theory, but to a new quality of existence on the states of being I AM, I HAVE, I EXPERIENCE:
I am what I want, I have what I want, and I experience what I want-no longer remaining merely the wanting itself.

The central element of the book is an original transformational practice based on the phrase:

"I see you. Your service has come to an end. You can rest in love now. I will take care of this."

This is a method that:

- stops thought loops

- disarms the ego narrative

- regulates the nervous system

- creates new neural pathways that support calm and clarity

What will you find in the book?

- specific exercises and phrases for everyday use

- understanding of ego mechanisms

- a neurobiological explanation of the change process

- 330 pages of real work with yourself

Who is this book for?
For people interested in personal growth, consciousness, and work with emotions and the subconscious, who feel stuck in the same patterns. For those who want to stop struggling and start living from a place of choice, peace, and inner power.

This is not theory.
It is a transformational platform that works in a real way-biologically and emotionally.

Readers' testimonials:

- "This is not a book to read in one breath and put back on the shelf. It is a tool I return to every day. The chapter on the state 'I must' changed the way I function-I feel lightness where there used to be compulsion."

- "The exercises work on the level of the body. I noticed relaxation, yawning, calm. For the first time I feel that change is not in my head, but is truly happening."

- "This book is not light reading-it is a platform for working with yourself."

The "I See You" Method is a map of returning to yourself, to peace and fullness, and to your power of agency.
