R.C. Sobti is former Vice-Chancellor of Panjab University, Chandigarh, and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. He is a scientist, an able administrator, and a dynamic institution builder. Vipin Sobti is an educationist and has been teaching psychology and child development for more than 40 years both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. After completing her term as Principal, Government College, Mohali, Punjab (India), she was nominated as member of Education Tribunal, Punjab. She has published a few books and a number of articles, and has attended delivered talks in conferences in India and abroad.

Monika Aggarwal is Professor at the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences, Panjab University. She has published a number of papers/reports and has actively participated in conferences in India and abroad. She is Co-Investigator in the ICSSR research programme on Green Business Strategies and in 'Transforming India's Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable Food Supplies' sponsored by Research Councils, UK.
