Jorge A. Schiavon is Professor of International Relations at the Centro de Investigaci y Docencia Econicas (CIDE) and Visiting Professor at the Instituto Tecnolico Autono de M騙ico (ITAM). His most recent books are Introducci al Estudio de la Pol咜ica Exterior de M騙ico (1821-2021) (coauthored) and Comparative Paradiplomacy.
Rafael Fern疣dez de Castro is a professor at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy and Director of its Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies. His publications include Contemporary U.S.-Latin American Relations: Cooperation or Conflict in the 21st Century? (coedited) and The United States and Mexico: Between Partnership and Conflict (coauthored).
