Jorge A. Schiavon is Professor of International Relations at the Centro de Investigaci?n y Docencia Econ?micas (CIDE) and Visiting Professor at the Instituto Tecnol?gico Auton?mo de M?xico (ITAM). His most recent books are Introducci?n al Estudio de la Pol?tica Exterior de M?xico (1821-2021) (coauthored) and Comparative Paradiplomacy.
Rafael Fern?ndez de Castro is a professor at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy and Director of its Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies. His publications include Contemporary U.S.-Latin American Relations: Cooperation or Conflict in the 21st Century? (coedited) and The United States and Mexico: Between Partnership and Conflict (coauthored).
