Two little puppies, Sissy and her brother Dandy, wake up from a nap in a container and realize they are unfamiliar with their surroundings and do not know where they are. All they can see is water, so they assume they must be in a boat. They find themselves on what they believe to be an island of lost animals. Sissy is very positive, and through her eyes everything in the world is beautiful. One day they learn the truth-that they are on a rescue farm.
