The Iteration (& Prometheuz): Books I & 2 of the XREAL Series in 1 Edition (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781739877675)

The XREAL Series is set against the backdrop of what we all know is coming.

Five stories about a poor dupe who could be any one of us, his lover, and the richest man in the world. They're bound together in a triangle of hell, which draws in the great players of the Age and those who loathe them, into a world there is no escaping.

THE ITERATION - BOOK 1

CLIMATE EMERGENCY, DAY1023 and counting...
The world is shut-down, buried under toxic smog, and above the swirling murk of The City and the wider Bay Area, the Pierspoint Building has become a prison for its residents.

Two such inmates, Jake and Carrie, lovers and cellmates, are on the brink of suffocation-induced loathing. And while Jake, tired of virtual FakeReal worlds and distant calls with distant friends, breaks the curfew to escape Carrie and climbs to the roof of the Pierspoint for the chance to catch a patch of blue above the smog, Carrie is looking elsewhere for companionship, as she virtually invites a virtual stranger into her very real home.
And unbeknownst to her, he is the man who bought the world and sold it for scrap.
He is Julius Adamos Kyriku.
He is Fatberg

And he'll do what he always does, for pennies on the dime.

PROMETHEUZ - BOOK 2 of the XREAL Series.

Pulled from his apartment in the Pierspoint Building, Jake Cousins has been cast down into the prison-like subs of his own design, while far above, Julius Adamos Kyriku (better known to all as Fatberg, the world's richest man) lifts the love of Jake's life up and away, above the smog of the world, in a ship fit for his queen.

It'd be too much for any man to take - but then Jake isn't just a man anymore. Not only is he to be squeezed, uncomfortably, into the role of rebooted Olympian for the entertainment of the locked-away masses, but there's another Jake out there in the world, unseen.

And through the luminous fibres that thread this locked down world, Jake2 sees it all, and plays his long game ...
