The book is about the journey of my life and how nutrition can help you live a better life.

There are two major reasons I have written this book. The first is to bring awareness to those who suffer from long term illnesses and sickle cell anaemia. I suffered from sickle cell from birth, and in my journey to become well again, I realised that nutrition was key to my health. I also learnt that God created food for our medicine. I followed on nutrition, and it has brought me good health and strength. Health is a worthy goal to strive for.
Personally, I dislike seeing people suffer in pain, there are different types of illnesses and a lot of premature deaths. My journey was to explore for myself the whole world of natural wellness. This I have done, and I would like to share my experience with others, that nutrition works if you give it a chance. Nutrition was created for us in the beginning by God our creator, so we would live a healthy and successful live.
