Dr. Craig Zion Cain is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West, having earned his doctorate in 1988. Over the years, he has studied multiple forms of healing arts, including Oriental Medicine, Japanese bodywork therapies and energy therapies. He holds several black belts in various martial arts from China, Japan and Vietnam. After living and working in Japan for several years, he now makes his home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Exercises and stretches are shown, as well as use of the Kiso Ball, a device that helps a person manipulate their own back to rid the body of subluxation (bone out of place). Secrets of Healing Back Pain has also been translated into Japanese by Mrs. Russell. Dr. Cain has conducted seminars for over 20 years on health, wellbeing, healing back pain, and the Kiso Method(TM). Topics will now expand to include nutrition, weight loss and The Kiso Diet(TM).
