I found Ashtanga Yoga in January of 2006. I was lead to San Francisco to do a 200 hour Teacher Training with Larry Schultz. My guiding force came from Reed Taylor my first Ashtanga Rocket teacher. I came from a body riddled with injury and with cross training Pilates and Yoga I was able to do things with my body I never imagined. Thanks to Yoga and Pilates I was able to develop the strength and flexibility mentally, emotionally and physically. In 2006 I began my practice and never stopped. I began traveling training in Rocket Ashtanga throughout the US and Europe. When I landed in Florence Italy I opened the studio 19r Yoga Pilates. The past 4 years I have dedicated myself to the creation of a Yoga community evolving form a small friendly community to an International Teacher Training destination.
