She utilizes clinical therapy, fitness (movement & exercise), crafts, and music (singer/songwriter) to assist and empower people to maximize their potential to be their best selves. She is a beautiful professional weirdo who believes in doing what she loves. She received her master's degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and returned to DC and worked as a social worker for a number of years. T.C was promoted to program manager of a prestigious foster care agency, but resigned to pursue her happiness and music career. Since retiring from foster care, she continues to work as a clinical therapist, wellness and fitness consultant, and vocalist. She has been in the mental health field for over 12 years and has a private practice where she counsels diverse populations: children, youth, individuals, couples, and families. She also teaches fitness classes and is a singer/songwriter who has recorded five albums and performs across the nation. She enjoys crafts and is a wife to a wonderful husband and mother of 6 children. T.C utilizes her expertise in clinical counseling to facilitate different mediums to encourage people to accept and enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of their own peculiarities.
