After graduating from Baptist Bible College in Springfield Missouri, Donald Fishgrab moved to the Navajo Reservation where he served as a BBFI missionary. For almost forty years, he has served in various positions in several churches, starting one church and serving as pastor in others. He is presently pastor of the Sunset Hills Baptist Church of Kirtland, New Mexico. He wrote this book after watching several churches struggle with finding a suitable pastor.
