The Man Upstairs and Other Stories is an anthology of short stories written by P.G. Wodehouse. Most of the stories deal with the subject of romance and love. Following the story of a rebellious girl who is sent to a village in Hampshire by her father, "Something to Worry About" gives us a look into the psyche of Sally, a movie aficionado, who ends up experiencing a movie-like love story with Tom. Similar to The Man Upstairs, "Deep Waters" follows the story of George Barnert Callender who falls in love at first sight with Mary and pretends to not to know swimming while being an excellent swimmer, just so he could make her acquaintance.
