The Mentor Within Stop Holding On When You Should Let Go

This book comprises a series of articles, often with a picture, to raise some questions as we go about our busy lives.

All too often, as our lives become more hectic we merely speed up, turning the hamster wheel faster. The small amount of time we had to savour other things in life gets crushed out. And yet we have so much to help make our lives easier, which did not exist even a few years ago.

Perhaps the time has come to 'stop holding on, when you should let go'. Easy, no? Important - you decide.

This is the third book in the Calm World series that provides a collection of observations, even when time is short, which may trigger a thought to help you 'let go'.

Step away from the busyness for a few moments; dip into the pages in this book and discover thoughts that provide the stimulus to find your own Mentor Within. So consider...
