Retta Thayer, deceased, held an AA degree from Stephens College and studied Christian religion for most of her life. She was a certified Bethel teacher. In 1988 Retta earned a diploma from the Institute of Jewish-Christian Studies in Dallas, Texas, (Dr. Zola Levitt, President). She also worked and studied in Israel on several occasions.
