I am a 58 years old woman who has recently married the love of my life, Pete Shelton. I was saved when I was 10 years old. Being the oldest of 5 girls from a Christian family, we were raised in the church, but I lead a defeated life. I always felt unloved and misunderstood. I always thought that a man was was going to come alone and make everything right in my life. I even got to the point that I was suicidal, and I had two bad marriages. I made some rather poor choices. My first marriage produced an autistic son, who I had to raise on my own. Today, he is 40 years old, and lives in a group home. I visit him every week. With the Lord's help, I have turned my life around, and I'm totally sold out to Him. I love animals. Pete and I have a mama cat, named Scarey; and she has four kittens, born about 5 weeks ago. We also, love dogs and horses. Today, I am retired and enjoy fishing with my husband. I now have the joy of the Lord, and it's immeasurable more than I could have ever asked or imagined. I'm happy! I've seen miracles, and I've seen angels.
