In 2010 I had retired from a 35-year career as a consultant to multinational corporations in Latn America, Europe, Africa and the Middle east. My wife JoAnn and I had pretty much finished restoring the 1750's home we bought in 1987. (At times it tried to finish us: -). So the essential question for me was "Now what?" My business book, The Tao of Sales, published in 1997, had attracted a loyal, appreciative audience, and I had stories I wanted to tell. I published my first historical novel, Blood Brothers, in 2011, a biography of America's most successful and revered high school soccer coach, The Life and ties of Miller Bugliari in 2015, and the sequel to Blood Brothers, The Most Bold and Daring Act of the Age this year. I'm now working on a spy novel, Doppelganger set in World War II France.
