The vast majority of the training principles in this book will apply to all types of off-road motorcycle sports, be it enduro, off-road adventure touring, casual trail riding, hard enduro or racing the Dakar Rally - it's all dirt bikes. As mentioned, I have also raced enduro and achieved a podium finish in a race of the National Enduro Championship of Thailand in 2015 so I can certainly also speak on general off-road motorcycle skills and not just the more motocross specific skills.
