Steven M. Richman practices international and domestic commercial law, including trademark and copyright law, business torts, and contract law, with experience in trials, arbitration, and appeals. In the International Bar Association, he is a vice chair of its Bar Issues Commission. He serves in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association and is a former chair of the ABA's International Law Section. He serves on the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Law Journal and is a deputy editor of Juriste International, the magazine of the UIA (International Association of Lawyers). Mr. Richman is the author of four photography books: The Bridges of New Jersey, Mannequins, The Great Swamp, and Reconsidering Trenton. He is also the author of Mixed Exits, a poetry collection published by the Legal Studies Forum. His photography is in public and private collections, and has appeared on television and in national magazines. He is a frequent speaker and writer on a variety of legal topics, including various issues discussed in this book. Mr. Richman is a graduate of New York University Law School, where he was inducted into Order of the Coif. He lives in the Princeton area in New Jersey.
