Dr. Scott-Branagan is a retired Christian missionary and teacher. She has taught at all levels of education, including ESL, in a number of countries. She trained as an Accredited Local Preacher with the Methodist Church, but when her husband was ordained in the Anglican Church, she was accepted as a Lay Reader in that Denomination and became the first woman Lay Reader in St. Paul's Cathedral, Sale, in Gippsland, Victoria. She is passionate about sharing her Christian faith, but retired from preaching after fifty years and is now a Service Leader in her local church. She has five children, several grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
