The Present Way began as just a few rhyming lines which came to me when my mind was clear, mainly after meditation. I've never tried to write poetry or considered myself a poet, but simply began to look over these lines and others came naturally. It was really an effortless process, except for the formatting to publish: )


Poetry is one of the ways I find most natural to express what I feel inside. This book is an attempt to express things which are inexpressible, to share feelings which cannot be shared through words but only recognized as a common human experience. And in this sense, at that moment, with only the feeling, we are one; one feeling, one energy, one experience.
