As a civil servant for the U.S. Navy, he managed many R&D projects in the areas of surface ship survivability and electromagnetic compatibility. Mr. Kudzal currently serves as president of Brook-Anthony Corporation. There, he provides consulting services and seminars to government and commercial clients, and many of these engagements deal with the topic of Earned Value Management. His desire for suitable and targeted supplementary materials on the subject prompted him to author this text and reference book. Mr. Kudzal is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. His educational credentials include an MEA in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University, an MS in Physics from the University of New Hampshire, and a BS in Physics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
