Rooted in biblical truth, it emphasizes how God uses everything for good. The book helps you to:

1. Reflect on past negative experiences and identify triggers.
2. Recognize the emotions that drive behaviors.
3. Reframe negative circumstances by acknowledging God's sovereignty and purpose.
4. Restore your frame through the lens of Jesus Christ.

Live out your new framework by applying what has been learned.Using the analogy of children in a playground, the workbook shows that, like them, you can step into the light of Jesus to transform how you see your pain. It's not about ignoring pain, but allowing God to transform it. The book is divided into five parts, each with a different focus, to guide you to see your life through the truth of who you are in Jesus Christ. It emphasizes that reframing is a journey where painful moments are part of God's greater purpose.
