It resulted in the stripping of tribal cultures that were sacred to a proud race. Forced into confinement, many founding tribes were deprived of their way of life, their property and their cultural identity. Despite the national acrimony, Rose and Dasan remained close. In her finality, Rose insisted that Dasan be credited for the founding of Roseberry.
