Amongst the decisions attending the founding of a new Lodge, there are few things which require, or receive, more care and consideration than the choice of its name, for, as well as due weight being given to all local factors and preferences, it is always realised that the name chosen will not only endure as long as the Lodge itself shall survive, but that it will be written and spoken and thought about more often than can readily be estimated. We hope this book will be a valuable resource for anyone wishing to research the Freemasonry in North Wales.
