Dr. Mau holds a Bachelors degree from University of California at Los Angeles and a Master's and Doctorate in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania where he was named a Fulbright Scholar. He has lived and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America and speaks four languages.
