This is trip inside the mind of Iyare. A blend of psychedelic infused emotions along with the pain and clarity that is life. This is book was initially poems written during staff meetings, professional development sessions and bits and pieces collected over the years. Rather than being bored out of my mind, I allowed my mind to wander and spread my emotions on paper. Most of it were attempts at self-therapy, some where manifestos of angst, others were purely channelling thoughts and emotions from different perspectives.

The book is divided into 6 parts: Love, Sorrow, Visions, Religion, Unstable and Stable.
