Linda received her B.A. and M.A. in mathematics from New York University and worked over 20 years for IBM as a computer systems software developer. Currently Linda lives in New York and is working on another book of short stories. Linda came to New York from her hometown to study ballet in the hopes of dancing with a major ballet company. After twenty years of study, due to many serious injuries and other unfortunate circumstances, Linda gave up her dream of the ballet and fell back on her degrees, taking a position as a computer software developer. Because of her striking and unusual appearance, Linda has modeled for many photographers, among them Lance Lee, Tanyth Berkeley, Elizabeth Bick, Annie Collinge, David Solow, Sacha Waldman, Tony Oursler, and many others. Her picture has appeared in various galleries, books, the internet, and outdoor photography installations.
