Kerr earned a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Syracuse University, a Masters in Counseling and Bachelors in Business Education from the State University of New York at Brockport. Dr. Kerr currently serves as President of The Teaching and Learning Institute of Houghton, NY. He is also an adjunct faculty member at SUNY Brockport and Houghton College.
