The smell of Godhra riot has started troubling Farhan at Himtaal, where he lives in a big eerie bungalow that belongs to his uncle. During search of Saira in the nearby Taliban struck areas, Yasmeen uncovers many un-Islamic activities going on. At Mazaar, Farhan comes to know that in Himtaal it is more of a conflict between Razdis and Dinabs, two sects of Muslims rather than Hindus and Muslims. When Yasmeen finds Saira and the red dress girl reveals truth, many events unfold in Farhan's life, many secrets show up, confusions occur, and due to smelling memories that have captured his mind, Farhan is unable to guess who is real and who is fake.
