This book is intended to inspire readers to allow God to use them for His honor and glory and to recognize that they are His vessels. I share my story to show that even a simple person like me can be guided by the Spirit of the Lord throughout life and career to be a blessing to others. It wasn't until I retired that I looked back and realized that God was in control all along. Readers should understand that God put them here on earth for His purpose. I also hope to encourage readers to write their own stories so they, too, can bless others.

My name is Dario Bravo, born on 12/20/1951. I was raised in Tulare, California, graduated from high school in 1970, and received my bachelor's degree in biology from San Francisco State University in 1975. My career was in management and supervision. I retired from the California Department of Corrections in 2008 as an administrator. I am married and am the father of one daughter and two sons, and a grandfather of five grandchildren. I have been an active member of the churches I have attended, serving as a musician, treasurer, and head of construction. I have helped build two churches and a very large social hall for God's honor and glory. I own a 30-acre ranch, where I raise Angus bulls as a hobby. The purpose of this book is to inspire readers to let God use them for His honor and glory by sharing my story.
