The Starborn Continuum: The Divergent Word (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781764593045)

The Divergent Word continues The Kelatyr Cycle as variation deepens into conflict across worlds shaped by competing interpretations of creation.

Beyond Araea, the echoes of Kelatyr are no longer distant. Entire realms now organise themselves around fragments of the sacred Word. Some move toward absolute unity, while others fracture into endless multiplicity. Some reject form, continuity, or reflection, and each believes its own partial truth can sustain a complete world.

Serenai and Aleir travel deeper into the wider continuum, where divided meaning is not merely debated but lived. They encounter new Starborn shaped by unfamiliar laws of reality, distinct fears, and different loyalties to the utterance from which all things emerged.

The danger is no longer a simple struggle between truth and falsehood. It is the burden of many truths that cannot easily coexist. Serenai must discover whether relation can survive when the meaning of balance changes from one world to another and every act of understanding risks altering the reality it seeks to preserve.

Blending visionary fantasy, mythology, and philosophical cosmology, The Divergent Word is a story of difference, responsibility, and the consequences of building a world around only one part of the truth.
