Kagaga has ideas and ideals to change the political landscape. Kagaga wants to save his people by empowering them wherebty each person can represent themselves in parliament. Kagaga witnesses the violence whereby people take the law in their hand. Kagaga knows that each person should not delegate their lives to politician.
