Jingles the elf has just learned that some good children do not receive gifts from Santa because they are awake when he arrives at their house on Christmas Eve. Jingles decides he must change this and enlists his reindeer friend, Penelope, to join him in warning all the children on Santa's good list when he is almost to their house on Christmas Eve.
