The True Foundations of Training the Horse: Book V of Centaurism- Classical Spanish Equitation Series (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798198921351)

What truly creates an extraordinary horse? Not shortcuts. Not force. Not rigid arena patterns.

In this definitive fifth volume of the Centaurism - Classical Spanish Equitation Series, Antonio Topete Diaz explores the true depth of Doma Básica-the vital foundation that prepares a horse physically, mentally, and functionally for any discipline.

Drawing from the timeless traditions of Classical Spanish Equitation, Doma Vaquera, Rejoneo, and the Old Masters, this book delivers a progressive training system designed to build a brave, supple, and complete horse.

• The Essentials: The natural gaits, rider aids, and correct contact.

• The Movement: Work in hand, school figures, straightness, and impulsion.

• Advanced Prep: Counter canter, collection vs. false collection, and campaign school readiness.

• Real-World Conditioning: Cavallettis, hill work, and developing true emotional calmness.

This guide flatly rejects mechanical riding in favor of tact, feel, and harmony. Centaurism is not about chasing ribbons-it is the pursuit of the ancient ideal where horse and rider move as one mind and one body.

Stop rushing the process. Discover the secrets to unlocking your horse's true, extraordinary potential.
