In addition to being a hedge fund consultant, Mr. Nagy serves as co-adviser to a number of hedge funds. From his fund managerial experience he greatly reduces the burden of setting up and advising on management of a hedge fund as well as making the appropriate introductions with the proper service providers that will best suit his client's needs. By working along side with experienced securities attorneys, Mr. Nagy has assisted his clients seeking to raise capital by assembling the right fund structure.
