The ancient astronaut theory says that we are a crossbreed between alien DNA and primates. The gods of the old creation myths were aliens. Since we are here, should what we believe about our origins matter? If we believe in aliens, it matters because it means that we are not alone in the universe. Perhaps alien technology will help us solve our world problems. Evolution would only matter if we could advance to a stage in which we can alter the natural selection process, expand life, or prevent ourselves from extinction. Other than that, what are the benefits of evolution?If we believe in God, it matters because we believe there is life after death.
