A magical essence of being in control of your life, every organ running optimally including the skin (the largest organ in the body), having the cleanest blood pumped around the body by a healthy strong heart, muscle tissue created from the finest building blocks this planet has to offer, an unlimited supply of energy, physical strength to carry out your day-to-day life with ease and the stamina to do even more, a clear sharp thinking mind, the ability to properly relax at the end of every day, to be able to really taste the foods we put into our mouths and having a better connection with food, nature, environment and the planet, living in abundance, happiness, healthiness, balance, longevity and vitality. I guess this is what I think total well-being means.
