The Weight of Omission: When the Lights Come On (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798184587196)

The Weight of Omission: When the Lights Come On is a dark military suspense novel about buried guilt, institutional silence, and the moment old secrets become evidence.

Years after a recruiting scandal should have stayed forgotten, retired soldiers are pulled back toward Fort Polk by a private contractor with clean paperwork and hidden motives. Beneath it all waits Sector 14B, an underground training site where old crimes, old rivalries, and old silences collide.

When a retired command sergeant major is found dead and a military working dog is killed in the line of duty, the official story begins to fracture.

Because silence is never empty, and when the lights come on, what was buried starts to speak.
