I'm a 25-year-old with a BA in English. I've always loved diving into books and creating fictional worlds of my own. One life has never been enough for me, so writing allows me to make up my own worlds to live in and satisfy my adventurous nature. I was born in the deep south and, despite loving sweet tea, I decided to go on an adventure with my then fiancee (now wife) to Washington D.C. (where there's not so much sweet tea). Aside from lowering my chances of cavities, there weren't many other things I enjoyed about big city life. Even though I always imagined being a Young Adult author typing away in a coffee shop, it just wasn't the life for me. We then embarked on another adventure to a quaint little mountain town in Utah: Ogden. Now, my days consist of trying to write whilst fighting off my two cats from attacking the keyboard and occasionally looking out the window at the snow-capped mountains so beautiful, they make me angry. If my wife and I aren't consumed by a Netflix binge, we occasionally go on a hike. I think we may stay here for a while. I find it's an amazingly peaceful place to write. And crochet. Did I mention I'm a 70-year-old in a 25-year-old's body?
