Jaimie Perkunas has been working in Physical Therapy since 1998 and has been practicing yoga since 2000. Jaimie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2005. She completed a 200hr Anusara Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Jaimie is a Relax and Renew Trainer for restorative yoga and has completed a 100 hour Happy Back Certification. Jaimie enjoys teaching about anatomy and the therapeutic effects of yoga physically and emotionally.
